Salon 01 prides in servicing you, our loyal client, with high quality services & products. Due to the high demand of our team members' time, we have created policies to ensure every Salon 01 client receives an experience that is satisfactory & consistent. We like to think of our policies as a way to keep our team consistent with the quality of your services & provide us with a structure for both the guest & service provider to be on the same page. We are proudly a client-sharing salon, which gives you the ability to seamlessly see any service provider at the days & times that work best for you.
LATE POLICY
Salon 01 has created a time expectancy for the duration of each of our services. Our certified stylists, estheticians, massage therapist, nail techs, & guest services are trained to follow these time standards. Arriving late will limit the time for your service provider has with you & anything beyond 15 minutes from your starting time will need to be rescheduled.
NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
On average, our service providers book 4-6 weeks in advance. Due to their full schedules & high demand for their time, Salon 01 requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelling day-of appointments, not showing up (no-show), or rescheduling due to being more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the booked services amount to your credit card on file. This enables us to maintain a reliable & consistent schedule while respecting the valuable time of each of our clients & service providers.
We understand life is busy, as a courtesy to you we provide appointment confirmations via email, text, & phone call. However, this is not guaranteed if we do not have the correct/current contact information. Please make sure to provide us with any changes to your contact information. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of appointments in their own personal calendars to avoid any penalty fees. PRODUCT EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We strongly believe in the products we offer. Their quality & results are the main factors that determine their introduction to our offerings. To extend our Salon 01 care, we like to make sure each product we recommend fits best for our clients’ lifestyle, look, & needs. Our product exchange (no returns or refunds) policy provides 14 days (no exceptions), from the day of purchase to bring the product back & exchange for another item OR receive a refund for in-store credit (not for services).
Clothing or boutique items must also be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, no exceptions.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Salon 01 wants you to always be happy with each & every one of your visits. In the event a client is not happy with a hair service, we will adjust the service to assure your complete satisfaction. Our adjustment policy gives our clients 7 days from the original date of visit to come back in for a complementary adjustment with the stylist that provided the original service. We cannot honor complementary adjustments outside of the 7-day period.
GRATUITY
We understand the desire to leave a gratuity after your services. We accept gratuity via cash, venmo, personal check, or on your credit/debit cards. For us at Salon 01, your satisfaction & referrals are appreciated equally. Sharing your positive experience on public review forums makes each of us just as happy. We also have an ATM available for your convenience.

Due to state sanitary regulations, we are unable to accept any brushes (makeup/hair) or opened makeup items for return or exchange.
Due to tight regulations from our venders & strict policies, we cannot accept any item that does not meet these regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot take any items back beyond the 14 days as we have already extended the time frame allotted by our venders.
